  I've been calling and leaving voice messages for over a week to try and book a particular test in. No answer and no return calls.
  So I drove there today to book.... there was one other person and myself waiting. We arrived at the same time.
  The other person was seen first, which was fine.... but I then had to wait a further 20+ minutes just to book in the test. What a joke!
  It should only take 5min to check the booking system and enter me in... but the lady proceeded to print and fax all sorts of documents rather than doing a quick appointment booking. The lady really needs to learn to multitask and use common sense.

  Was treated rudely after arriving at 5pm (even though a 5.30 close advertised). Was locked in waiting room, presumably to stop others entering, but had decided that i didn't want that nurse needling me given her angry disposition and then was stuck waiting. I left without my blood test on a Friday afternoon after leaving work early to attend. Very frustrating and staff member extremely rude.

  Very slow. Two nurses working here but only one appears to be seeing people. The one who does see people is very friendly and welcoming. The other just closes the door to the room and hardly sees anyone. Huge line builds up and then that nurse says they’ll have to turn people away. So far, I’ve been waiting for an hour. This is the second time I’ve had this exact same experience at this location.

  Absolutely hassle free coming here. Been a couple of times now to Nundah and each time have been seen by the young nurse. Polite, friendly and seems very good at her job as I never feel anything when getting the blood tests. Great service. Thank you

  Please avoid this QML Pathology Nundah!!!! Just a waste of your time!! I tried to call the phone number multiple times but no one answers the phone. I went there, no one was at the reception. I waited for more than 10 minutes, one lady came out and told me that my requested test needed the appointment to proceed. She then told me to wait for my turn to be able to make the appointment (apparently you need to take number for your turn!!). And there were more than 5 people were waiting at the time. No common sense at all and waste of time!!!!
